Ready to book a trip?
We’re delighted you’re thinking about joining one of our trips! Our trips don't include international flights, so it's a good idea to hold some seats if possible, and book your flights as soon as you receive confirmation from us. Keep in mind frequent flier miles can be quite tricky to redeem as these seats are very limited, especially at peak season (December-February) so call early and often if you’re hoping for free seats or an upgrade. If you're looking for flights from North America, you might try Down Under Answers in Seattle on 800.788.6685. DUA is very good at finding decent airfares, on account of the large volume of US-Australia and US-New Zealand flights they book. We don't take commission from them, so certainly shop around, but tell them we referred you as they offer our clients a substantial discount.

Then booking is easy!
Once you submit your form and you’ve been notified by phone or email that there is still space available on the trip of your choice, booking is easy!
- We’ll email you a confirmation with the word “BOOKING” in the subject.
- Go to the “Booked?” page, which will guide you through everything you need before your trip begins.
- Fill out an online pre-trip questionnaire.
- Print out a contract and mail a signed copy to our US office with a cheque for a deposit of US$500 deposit per person. Please note your deposit is not refundable and not transferable to another departure date. We’ll invoice you for the balance 60 days prior to departure. If your trip starts within 60 days, full payment is due now.
